My recent stay at Incontro provided a serene retreat, marred only by the unavailability of the advertised spa and pool facilities. Despite this disappointment, the immaculate surroundings and attentive staff were commendable, showcasing the true essence of Italian hospitality.Situated just a short distance from Ariano Irpino, the hotel's tranquil atmosphere was truly rejuvenating. While I missed indulging in a relaxing massage or unwinding in the hot tub, the welcoming ambiance and excellent dining options more than compensated for this setback.The owner's hospitality shone through, with unexpected treats and efficient taxi arrangements adding a personal touch to our stay. The hotel's promise of a spa oasis may have fallen short, but the overall experience was still one of peaceful respite in the picturesque Italian countryside.If seeking a peaceful escape with the potential for a touch of luxury, Incontro offers a promising setting for a restful getaway.
